After speaking to local police I wanted to give a further update on off-road motorbike issues. They tell me that in the first week their off road bike team seized five vehicles involved in anti-social behaviour in the South East policing area, including a couple from some well known individuals.

Their intelligence is continuing to develop, allowing the police to target their resources where they’re most needed. I’m grateful to all those who’ve been in touch with my office so far, and please continue to let me or the police(on 101) know if you have further issues. The police need every bit of information they can get to tackle these problems, and my office will keep all reports in confidence.

The police are asking PCSOs to call all those who have reported anti-social behaviour on off-road bikes, to help gather further information. I’ll be meeting with South Yorkshire Police again the coming weeks to help keep up to date with the situation.
