Louise Haigh MP Fighting for Sheffield's future
Thanks so much to The Link in Stradbroke for having me in to visit yesterday – I went to drop into one of their Fun and Food sessions which have been running throughout summer.
They’ve been running three sessions a week which include a free meal – this is so important because of the extra financial pressure that not having a hot dinner at school can cause for many families during the summer holidays.
Their sessions have included outdoor games on a Monday and fun and food sessions, which I visited this week.
Their last session is a scavenger hunt at Richmond Park this Friday, and if you’d like to book a place you can drop by the Link or call them on 07973 837664.
After this finishes they’re planning on running classes in Spanish, craft sessions and a community garden throughout this autumn. You can find out more by getting in touch with them.
