This week I wrote to the owners of St James Retail Park asking them to contribute a shuttle bus between their shopping centre and Lowedges, Greenhill and Bradway. Since the potential for a move of the Meadowgreen Surgery was raised two months ago, the pressing need for a better bus service than the M17 has been clear, and I’m hopeful that St James will see the potential benefits for their businesses in terms of footfall and parking, as well as being of use to local residents.

A consultation on potential replacement services will be launched in September, but until then please fill in my petition calling for better travel for Meadowgreen patients.
