Every year, pupils from local primary schools take part in a competition to design my Christmas card. I always look forward to seeing their fantastic and imaginative designs!

Last week, I visited Intake Primary to say thank you to this year’s winner, Kaitlyn. You can see her fabulous drawing of a teddy bear above, along with the cards that came runners-up.

It was really difficult to choose a winner from all the wonderful entries.

I’m very grateful to all the children who sent in a design to this year’s competition and was glad to give everyone who took part a certificate.
