I and Councillor Ben Miskell met with Senior Officers from South Yorkshire Police and Sheffield City Council to discuss the ongoing incidents of crime and anti-social behaviour on the Erringtons in Arbourthorne.

Lots of residents have been in touch to tell me about their experiences, over the last fortnight with further reports of anti-social behaviour. Both your local Councillors and I have once again made clear that the Police and the Council must have more of a visible presence in the area and that issues, especially around housing repairs must be followed up much more quickly.

I’ll continue to push these issues with the Council and the Police and will update again in the next couple of weeks.

In the meantime, I am fully supportive of the action the Police has been taking; to make sure it is properly effective, please keep reporting all issues to the Police via 101 or online.
