I’ve been contacted by many residents across S8 who have not received their post for days and days on end and in some cases weeks. Some have missed appointments for cancer treatment, bank cards, birthday cards and other important letters.

I have written to the Director of Royal Mail to establish why post is not being delivered and to the Secretary of State for Business and Trade to review why there has been a sharp increase in undelivered post and to ask what action they will take to improve the situation.
